Did you know there are 139 Integrated Youth Service Centres (ICYSCs) in Hong Kong? Created and funded with HK$410 million by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, 21C@JC partners with young people and 15 operators to transform 36 of these centres into 21st-century ICYSCs designed around the “Three News”- “New Space,” “New Experience,” and “New Service”. These centres are reshaped as youth-centric, vibrant, and forward-looking spaces.

TO_MO by 21C@JC, the first online centre co-created with young people, seamlessly merges online and offline experiences. It allows you to easily explore services and connect with like-minded friends anytime, anywhere—with just a simple swipe.

21C@JC continues to walk alongside young people aged 10 to 24 across Hong Kong. By connecting communities and cross-sector stakeholders, we together imagine new possibilities for youth services and personal growth through youth-adult partnership.
