Apart from the renovation of physical centres, 21C@JC has also co-created TO_MO, the first online ICYSC with young people, allowing them to explore anytime, anywhere and make new friends. Comprehensive research on user experience was conducted with more than 290 youths, along with extensive discussions across 15 agencies to inform the design of the platform, leading up to its official launch in February 2025. TO_MO now features functions such as the ICYSC Directory and Facilities Rental system for the convenience of youth to enjoy various services from different 21C@JC centers. The app also includes an Event Overview feature, enabling youth to break geographical limitations and register for desired activities from different centres instantly, encouraging youth agency in the participatory process.
Moreover, TO_MO has introduced a Commnuity Feature for youth to join based on their interests. Through a socialised and content-driven design, the platform fosters an immersive environment for learning and experience sharing, allowing youth to expand their social circles, foster curiosity, and meet like-minded friends who can support them on their growth journey.
